Customer Service for You
The Customer Service Department at Snow Globe Central enjoys receiving your questions or special request by phone or email about our custom snow globes we offer to you. If you send us a email we will respond to you no later than the next business day which is Monday through Friday. If you call after normal business hours please leave a message and your phone call will be returned the next day. All this will done during normal business hours which are 8 to 5 mountain standard time.
If after you placed a order and start thinking maybe I want this other picture, a different confetti or another plate please let us know. Production does start soon after a custom snow globe order is received but if we can change things up because of a last minute "artist" correction we are more then willing to make the change. You might need a last minute different ship to address or need the custom snow globe sooner we will accommodate you if at all possible because we have been there also.
Through the communication with you we have brought on new items to add that extra personalized touch to your custom designed snow globe. We appreciate all your questions and request even though some are not possible for example. We can not make the confetti stay in place like the photos of the custom snow globes and have the confetti fall when you think the confetti should fall(would be nice if possible).
So if you ever have a question about your personalized snow globe please ask. When going through the build a snow globe order form there is a "Comment "section on the check out page for questions, comments, key elements of the photo(s) that you really like us to included or any other special request please let us know in that area. Your comments or requests will be answered either in a email back to you for clarification prior to the order being entered or will be noted on your invoice that will be sent back to you after your order has been sent through order entry. Our goal is make your custom snow globe what you want.
